Delivery
We aim to ship your Tatty's within 2 to 4 days. 

If you need your Tatty's super quick, please select 'Express Delivery' and we will aim to get your Tatty's on their way wthin 1 to 2 days. 

We currently ship Tatty's via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (this includes standard delivery and orders that qualify for free delivery)

Express Delivery Tatty's are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. 

Tracked means there is a photo taken on delivery and you will receive SMS and email notifications. There is also an option to leave your Tatty's in a safe place or with a neighbour (although we can't promise your neighbours pooch will be able to resist them!)

For orders over £50 the shipping is totally free!

We ship to England, Scotland and Wales.

Returns

We are unable to offer a return options but please send us pictures of any injured Tatty's and we will pop a replacement in the post or offer a discount voucher for your next shop!

Refunds
We are unable to offer refunds except if your Tatty gets lost in the post.
